"Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for life". I heard this often as a Peace Corps volunteer. What I didn't realize, until years later, was the importance of learning about why the man/woman wanted fish in the first place. As we do with for-profit companies, TRG can help non-profits and government agencies gain insights into their "customers" and craft policies, programs and communications that resonate.
